GLAMCON provides media credentials to qualified journalists and editorial professionals who actively produce original content covering beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, and culture.
Approved media receive access for the sole purpose of covering GLAMCON and sharing insights, trends, and brand activations with their audiences. Individuals who do not meet the criteria below must register as general attendees.
Who Qualifies for Media Credentials
Print, Broadcast & News Media
Journalists representing established publications, television networks, radio stations, or newswire services may qualify by providing:
- Publication name and official website
- Proof of consistent editorial coverage (monthly or more frequent) in beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle
- Audience metrics demonstrating a minimum of 7,500 monthly engagements (views, impressions, or listeners)
Not Eligible:
Corporate bloggers, PR/marketing professionals, brand representatives, consultants, or personal content creators.
Digital Media (Websites, Blogs, Podcasts)
Online editorial platforms may qualify by providing:
- Website or platform where content is published
- Proof of consistent editorial coverage (monthly or more frequent) in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or culture
- Verified audience metrics of at least 7,500 monthly engagements
Not Eligible:
Corporate-affiliated blogs, promotional or branded content creators, PR agencies, consultants, or personal blogs without editorial independence.
Freelance Journalists & Photographers
Freelancers may be approved if they are on assignment and provide:
- A formal assignment letter or email from an editor (from a verified publication domain or official letterhead)
- Confirmation that coverage is for a recognized media outlet
Important:
Credentials are issued under the publication—not the freelancer’s personal brand.
Not Eligible:
Freelancers creating content solely for personal platforms, social channels, PR firms, or brand clients.
Industry Analysts & Trend Forecasters
Qualified analysts and trend experts may be approved by providing:
- A publicly available, bylined report published within the last 6 months
- Coverage focused on beauty, wellness, consumer trends, or retail innovation
Not Eligible:
Private client-only research, financial analysts, or consultants without public-facing editorial work.
Media Credential Policy
GLAMCON reserves the right to approve or deny any media application at its sole discretion.
Additional documentation may be required to verify eligibility and ensure all credentialed media meet professional editorial standards.
